Job summary

Riskcovry is an AI-first insurtech platform headquartered in Bengaluru, India, enabling banks, lenders, fintechs and digital platforms to embed insurance into products and journeys.

This role focuses on delivering scalable support and operations across the insurance tech stack, collaborating with product managers and developers to resolve issues quickly, and maintaining smooth service delivery for customers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience delivering results with measurable business value.
• 3+ years experience with SQL, Linux and scripting languages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiar with queries, procedures, and query optimization.
• Strong experience in Linux operating environments.
• Ability to run simple scripts on Linux as a sudo user.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Iterative development.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude, able to work with PMs and developers.
• Insurance domain knowledge is a plus.
• Will ingness to work weekends/holidays during emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Experience with L2/L3 support, service management, escalation management, and KPI/SLAs tracking, measuring, and reporting.
• Should be very fluent in formal English in both writing and speech and should be able to convey the matter confidently to the client or customer.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Work towards issue resolution as a priority.
• Collaborate with the Dev/Engineering team to test and resolve issues.
• Modify procedures and documentation for problem resolution and day-to-day maintenance.
• Provide data management support for users/clients.
• Maintain and restart non-responsive servers; copy files from remote servers.
