Job summary

Logix Shapers Offshore Services in Uttar Pradesh, India, seeks an IT Administrator to manage Windows Server, IIS, and Linux web servers, ensuring secure, reliable hosting and network services.

You will deploy SSL, DNS, VPN, and firewall policies, monitor health and backups, and support desks and end-user devices. Prioritize uptime and security while coordinating with vendors and ISPs.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and optimize Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) environments to ensure high availability, performance, security, and reliability.
• Install, configure, and manage Microsoft IIS Web Server for website hosting, deployment, and performance optimization.
• Install, configure, and maintain Linux Web Servers (Apache/Nginx), including website hosting and server management.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain websites, SSL certificates, DNS records, and domain configurations.
• Configure, manage, and maintain Sophos Firewall, VPN connectivity, firewall rules, and network security policies.
• Manage LAN/WAN infrastructure, Wi-Fi networks, switches, routers, DNS, DHCP, and internet connectivity to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
• Monitor server health, performance, storage utilization, backups, uptime, and disaster recovery processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Windows Server, IIS, Linux Web Server, website, network, firewall, and end-user technical issues
• Perform operating system installation, software deployment, system upgrades, security patching, and preventive maintenance.
• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, biometric devices, IP phones, and other IT hardware.
• Handle day-to-day IT infrastructure operations and ensure the smooth functioning of office IT systems.
• Manage IT assets, inventory, software licenses, hardware lifecycle, and warranty/AMC records.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding by configuring systems, email accounts, user access, and required IT resources.
• Coordinate with Internet Service Providers (ISPs), hardware vendors, and third-party service providers for issue resolution and infrastructure maintenance.
