Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure.
• Experience in troubleshooting complex Windows Desktop issues.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001:2022 standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3/L4 Windows Desktop Support and handle complex troubleshooting.
• Manage Windows OS, system policies, patching, and security configurations.
• Configure and troubleshoot network switches and IP phones.
• Perform IIS installation, configuration, and SSL management.

• Maintain IT documentation and assist during audits.

Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure professional with strong expertise in Desktop Support (L3/L4), Networking, IIS Administration, and Basic MS SQL administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L3/L4 Windows Desktop Support and handle complex troubleshooting.
• Manage Windows OS, system policies, patching, and security configurations.
• Configure and troubleshoot network switches, IP phones, LAN/WAN issues (L1/L2 level).
• Perform IIS installation, configuration, SSL certificate binding and renewals (L1/L2).
• Support and maintain compliance with ISO 27001:2022 standards.
• Maintain IT documentation and assist during internal/external audits.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Windows OS & Server environments
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN)
• IIS Administration & SSL management
• Basic MS SQL administration
• Understanding of ISO 27001:2022
• Good troubleshooting & communication skills
