About the Role
We are looking for a smart, proactive, and responsible System Administrator cum Administration professional who can manage day-to-day IT infrastructure along with general administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities
IT & System Administration
- Manage and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows operating systems and software applications.
- Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting to employees.
- Manage LAN, Wi-Fi, network connectivity, switches, routers, and basic networking.
- Maintain user accounts, access permissions, email IDs, and system configurations.
- Support CCTV, biometric attendance systems, IP phones, and other IT‑enabled systems.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors for hardware, software, internet, networking, and AMC‑related requirements.
- Maintain proper records of IT assets, licenses, hardware, software, and consumables.
- Ensure timely backup and basic data‑security practices.
- Identify recurring IT issues and take preventive actions to minimize downtime.
Administration Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day office administration and facility‑related activities.
- Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, maintenance, internet, electrical, and other facility requirements.
- Maintain administrative records, documents, and asset registers.
- Support employee requirements related to ID cards, access control, biometric systems, and office facilities.
- Coordinate procurement of office and IT‑related materials.
- Monitor office infrastructure and ensure a smooth working environment.
- Assist HR and Management in various administrative activities and internal coordination.
- Prepare basic MIS reports and maintain proper documentation.
Candidate Profile

Required Skills
Technical Skills:
- Windows OS & basic system troubleshooting
- Hardware & software installation
- LAN / Wi-Fi / Networking fundamentals
- Printer & peripheral troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of routers, switches, IP addressing and network connectivity
- CCTV / Biometric / Access Control basic knowledge
- MS Office / Excel
- IT asset management
Administrative Skills:
- Vendor coordination
- Facility management
- Purchase & service coordination
- Documentation and record maintenance
- Basic MIS reporting
Qualification
Any Degree / Diploma in:
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Computer Applications
- Electronics / Networking
- Any relevant technical or administrative qualification
Experience
1 to 3 years of relevant experience in System Administration, IT Support, Desktop Support, Network Support, Office Administration, or a similar role.
Salary & Benefits
CTC: 2.4 LPA 3.0 LPA, based on experience and skill set.
