Bean Hr Consulting is seeking a Senior Vice President for Solutioning and Transitions - Americas to join the leadership team in Pune. The role reports to the COO and demands deep P&C insurance domain expertise with a track record in global solutioning, business development, and complex transitions.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in the insurance sector.
• Proven experience in global solutioning, business development or equivalent.
• Lean Six Sigma or process-improvement certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-capability solutioning.
• Define, develop and implement a strategic and technical solutioning framework for prospects and clients through sales stages.
• Lead solutioning team strategy and deliver presentations to prospective clients with account managers and SMEs.
• Coordinate with pre-sales teams for winning solutions; collaborate with Client Partner, BD, service delivery, President and Finance for pricing and margins.
• Lead and expand solutioning in support of client partner and BD teams.
• Nurture relationships with insurers/reinsurers/brokers/MGAs to drive consulting revenue.
• Communicate differentiators using insurance knowledge and competitive analysis.

Position: -Senior Vice President

Title: Solutioning, Transitions- Americas

Reporting Structure: COO

Strong experience in the P&C insurance domain is a mandate.

Role and Responsibilities

The key responsibilities are as follows:

• > Ownership of cross capability solutioning
• > Share, define, develop, and implement a strategic and technical solutioning framework as a set of integrated processes, tools, and templates to manage solutions for prospects and clients through various sales stages — from initial engagement to ongoing planning, execution, control and close.
• > Lead solutioning team strategy and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, in conjunction with account managers, business development, capability leaders and subject matter experts.
• > Coordination with Capability specific pre-sales teams for creating winning solutions. Collaborate with Client partner/business development, service delivery teams, President and Finance for pricing and margin approval.
• > Lead and expand the solutioning in support of client partner and business development teams
• > Work with the Client Partner and Business Development team to nurture business relationships with diverse Property/Casualty insurers/reinsurers/brokers/MGAs — by assisting in the identification of the strategic needs and challenges of insurance organizations and engage with them to drive consulting revenue for the company.
• > Use knowledge of insurance and competitors to identify, amplify and communicate differentiators.

Skills and Experience

• > 20 + years of relevant work experience within the insurance sector, with a proven track record in global solutioning, business development or equivalent.
• > Detailed, practical understanding of insurance business operations and in-depth knowledge of the various functional areas within diverse insurance organizations. CPCU, CIC, or equivalent preferred.
• > Proven experience in leading and managing complex transitions or projects.
• > Strong expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, with a demonstrated ability to apply them to complex business environments. Certifications in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black Belt) are preferred.
• > Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
• > Articulate, confident communicator and presenter with attention to detail.
• > Hands-on experience with business solutioning and sales support.
• > Strong leadership skills with abilities and experience to close deals.
• > Strong commercial, personal and financial acumen.
• > Established connections within insurer/reinsurer/broker/MGA markets, and at decision making levels of global insurance organizations to drive consulting revenue.

Prepared for extensive domestic and international travel at least 20% of the time.
