Qualifications

• Manage procurement processes, including subcontractor evaluation and negotiation.
• Assess and certify progress payments, variations, and claims.
• Maintain and update cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and financial projections.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure accurate cost control and reporting.
• Assist with contract administration and final account settlement.
• Provide commercial insight and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

The candidate will manage all aspects of project cost control, from estimation and tendering through to final accounts, ensuring value, quality, and cost efficiency throughout each stage of development.
