Job summary

UKR Industries is seeking a vigilant Security Officer to monitor CCTV across the plant, warehouse, office and gates, and to identify suspicious activities or safety violations.

You will maintain logs, report incidents to the Security Head, review footage for investigations, and coordinate with guards, administration and management. Shift work, including nights, may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing plant or industrial environment.
• Familiarity with CCTV systems, DVR/NVR, surveillance software.
• Able to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.
• Strong observation and reporting abilities.
• Honest, disciplined and capable of maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras across the plant, warehouse, office, gates and other designated areas.
• Identify suspicious activities, theft, unauthorized entry, safety violations and unusual movement of people or materials.
• Maintain daily surveillance logs and incident reports.
• Immediately report serious incidents or abnormalities to Security Head/Management.
• Review previous CCTV footage for investigations when required.
• Coordinate with security guards, administration, HR, and plant management regarding incidents.
• Monitor vehicle movement and loading/unloading operations where applicable.
• Ensure cameras and surveillance systems are functioning properly and report technical faults.
• Maintain confidentiality of CCTV footage and sensitive company information.
• Assist management in investigating theft, pilferage, misconduct, accidents and security-related incidents.
• Keep proper records of important footage and incidents for future reference.
• Follow company security policies and standard operating procedures.
