Job summary

Wilhelmsen - Careers at Sea is seeking a Chief Engineer for SUPRAMAX BULK CARRIER operations in Mumbai. The role requires at least 12 months in the Chief Engineer position, valid CoC and STCW 2010 certificates, and strong knowledge of SOLAS, MARPOL and ISM/ISPS compliance.

Fluent English and proven interpersonal and team-leading skills are essential for ensuring safe, efficient engine room management and crew coordination on board.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of experience as Chief Engineer.
• Valid Certificate of Competency and STCW 2010 amendments certificates.
• Good knowledge of SOLAS, STCW, MARPOL, MLC, ISM, ISPS.
• Fluent English.
