Job summary

Wilhelmsen, a leading maritime company, seeks a Capesize Bulk Carrier Chief Officer to lead deck operations on our international fleet from Mumbai. You will oversee navigation, safety and maintenance in coordination with the master.

The ideal candidate has at least 12 months of Chief Officer experience, a valid Higher License COP, STCW 2010 compliance, fluent English and strong leadership and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Rank experience as Chief Officer for at least 12 months.
• Valid COP Higher License and STCW 2010 amendments.
• Knowledge of SOLAS, STCW, MARPOL, MLC, ISM, ISPS.

• Rank Experience as Chief Officer for at least 12months.

• Good knowledge about maritime rules and regulations (SOLAS, STCW, MARPOL, MLC, ISM, ISPS).
• Great communication and reporting skills.
• Fluent command in English.
