The role emphasizes safety, machine care, and meeting production targets, with strict adherence to safety training, incident investigations, and risk reviews. You will work in a safety-focused environment with ongoing training and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Operate, set up and maintain Horizontal Machining Centre (HMC) machines to manufacture dies, components and precision parts.
• Adhere to safety standards and production targets.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Zero Fatal accidents in the work area.
• Accident Frequency Rate < 0.25, Accident Severity rate <100
• Near miss and abnormality identification and do corrective actions within 7 days.
• Ensure 100% adherence to safety training to new employees before assigning responsibilities
• Ensure 100% investigation of incidents / near miss within 48 hours in the unit
• Ensure that identified risks are reviewed on a monthly basis.
