Job summary

Saaol Heart Center in Dehradun invites skilled biomedical equipment technicians to join our service team. You will install, service, and maintain biomedical and hospital equipment across centers, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal performance.

The role requires a Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Biomedical, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering, 1–5 years' hands-on experience, and willingness to travel to different centres.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, service and maintain biomedical equipment across centers.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Installation, servicing and maintenance of biomedical and medical equipment.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in medical equipment.

Perform preventive maintenance and regular equipment inspections.

Attend equipment breakdowns and ensure timely resolution.

Check equipment performance and ensure proper functioning.

Maintain service, repair and preventive maintenance records.

Coordinate with equipment vendors for technical support and repairs, whenever required.

Provide technical support to doctors, nurses and centre staff regarding equipment-related issues.

Visit different centres for equipment installation, servicing and maintenance as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Biomedical, Electronics or Electrical Engineering.

1-5 years of experience in medical/biomedical equipment servicing and maintenance.

Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairing medical equipment.

Good technical and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to travel to different centres as required.

Preferred Experience

Experience with EECP, cardiovascular equipment or other hospital medical equipment will be an added advantage.
