Job summary

Independent Recruitment Consultant (freelancer) is seeking a male Tamil-speaking fresher for L1 technical support in Chennai. You will troubleshoot hardware, software and OS, assist with basic network issues, install applications, and manage user tickets. Escalation to specialised teams will occur for complex problems.

The role targets recent graduates (2021–2026) with an IT/CS degree and strong troubleshooting fundamentals. Tamil proficiency and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications
