Job summary

Alstom in Bengaluru seeks a Support Analyst – Ody.C to analyze processes and optimize tools across engineering, manufacturing and project management. You will document workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and implement innovative solutions aligned with global standards.

You’ll train stakeholders on new tools and processes, monitor results, and drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and performance across the organization.

Qualifications

• A degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience or understanding of process optimization and tools management.
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• PM/Process improvement certification (PMP or Six Sigma) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and dynamic environment.

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your analytical and process-driven expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.

You'll play a key role in optimizing processes and tools that drive efficiency across our operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including engineering, manufacturing, and project management), ensure alignment with global standards, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of analyzing existing processes and tools to identify improvement opportunities, but also implement innovative solutions aligned with business needs.

We’ll look to you for:

• Analyzing and documenting current processes and tools
