Take on a new challenge and apply your data analysis and reliability expertise in a new cutting‑edge field. You’ll work alongside committed and collaborative teammates.
You’ll contribute directly to improving the service reliability performance of our mobility solutions. Day‑to‑day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (after‑sales service, engineering, project management), summarize reports and service incidents/failures encountered on test trains and at our clients, and propose continuous improvement actions.
You’ll specifically take care of statistical analysis of fleet performance in service reliability and manage the CMMS database (reliability part) but also coordinate with different stakeholders.
