You'll play a pivotal role in supporting the deployment and functional administration of Mercury, ensuring its seamless integration and effective use across our global organization. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (including Finance, IT, and various project management teams), assist in data migration and control, and deliver training sessions to empower users, and much more.
You'll specifically take care of administrating Mercury master data and supporting users in their post-live management, but also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for tool processes and functionalities.
