Job summary

Alstom is seeking a full-time IT Project Analyst in Bengaluru to bridge IT Operations with vendors, coordinate projects, monitor progress, and ensure governance compliance.

You will collaborate with IT Operations, ServiceNow development teams, and business units, manage stakeholders, changes, and communication plans for rollouts, leveraging six years of IT project management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology required.
• ITIL certification(s) advantageous.
• At least 6 years of IT experience with project management focus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.

You'll play a vital role in bridging the gap between Alstom and its vendors, ensuring the seamless planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects across IT Operations. Day‑to‑day, youll work closely with teams across the business (such as IT Operations, ServiceNow development teams, and other Business Units), monitor project progress, and ensure compliance with internal standards, policies, and governance frameworks, and much more.

Youll specifically take care of project coordination and stakeholder management, but also support change management and communication plans for project rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Tracking project progress, timelines, and budgets using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow)
• Analyzing project data and generating reports to support decision‑making and performance tracking
• Identifying risks and issues, and assisting in developing mitigation strategies
• Facilitating meetings, documenting minutes, and following up on action items
• Coordinating with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
