Alstom Transportation in Bengaluru, India, is looking for a full-time Analyst- FPA to join the finance team. You will gather data, produce actuals, forecasts, and analyses to provide a clear view of performance.

You will work with Region FPA, site controllers and operations, supporting reports, ad hoc analyses, and management insights, while driving cost savings and KPI evolution.

Qualifications

• CA or CMA qualification required.
• 3+ years in FPA or corporate finance.
• ERP/SAP experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills essential.
• Fluent English required.

Responsabilités

• Ensure all financial data is collected, processed and analysed in a timely manner.
• Prepare actual results, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Improve and simplify financial processes and reporting content.
• Analyze key cash KPIs such as Free Cash Flow, EBIT to Cash, and OWC.
• Manage Forex exposure and hedging relationships.
• Participate in monthly business reviews preparation and presentation.
• Collaborate with regional finance analysts and functional controllers to align with group strategy.
• Build relationships with Treasury, Tax, Accounting, and other teams to ensure process alignment.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, margin improvements, and KPI evolution.

Job Summary

Could you be the full-time Analyst- FPA in Bengaluru, India, we're looking for

Take on a new challenge and apply your financial planning and analysis expertise in a dynamic and evolving industry. You'll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and results-driven teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in providing a fair view of Alstom's performance through consistent data aggregation and insightful financial analyses. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Region FPA teams, site controllers, and operational teams), assist operational and commercial teams with reports and ad hoc analyses, and support management with actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all financial data is collected, processed, and analysed in a timely manner.
• Preparing actual financial results, forecasts, and variance analyses to provide early warning signals and insights.
• Improving and simplifying financial processes and reporting content.
• Analysing key cash KPIs such as Free Cash Flow, EBIT to Cash, and Operating Working Capital.
• Managing Forex exposure and hedging relationships.
• Participating in the preparation and presentation of monthly business reviews.
• Controlling indirect cost centres and contract reporting.
• Collaborating with regional finance analysts and functional controllers to align with group strategy.
• Building strong relationships with Treasury, Tax, Accounting, and other teams to ensure process alignment.
• Identifying opportunities for cost savings, margin improvements, and KPI evolution.

• A Chartered Accountant (CA) or CMA qualification.
• 3+ years of experience in FPA or Corporate Finance.
