Job summary

MetAntz is seeking a Support Analyst for FinTech eFX and digital assets to provide global client support and ensure smooth trading operations. You will handle inquiries, document outcomes, and coordinate with Engineering for issue resolution.

The role emphasizes experience in FX, trading, or FinTech environments, plus familiarity with AI-powered support tools. Shifts include weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in FX, trading, capital markets, or FinTech environments.
• Experience supporting electronic trading platforms and client-facing applications.
• Exposure to AI-powered support tools or Agentic AI workflows is preferred.
• Financial services, capital markets, or FinTech domain experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide global client support for electronic FX and digital asset trading platforms.
• Respond to client queries and document outcomes in CRM systems.

Required Experience
