Hire22.ai in Chennai is seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Operations Leader to direct end-to-end supply chain activities across materials, procurement, logistics, warehousing and customer excellence. The role emphasizes leadership in digital transformation and supplier management.

You will drive forecasting, material planning and performance improvements in a multinational manufacturing context, leveraging SAP, CRM and automation to deliver strategic impact.

Qualifications

• 20–25 years of experience in supply chain and operations leadership.
• Strong expertise in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations and SAP.
• Experience in multinational manufacturing, automotive or related industrial organisations.
• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred. MBA/PGDM will be an added advantage.

• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including material management, procurement, logistics, warehousing and customer excellence.
• Drive inventory optimisation, demand forecasting and material planning to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage supplier relationships, vendor negotiations, third-party converters and logistics partners.

• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and sustainability standards.
• Lead cross-functional teams, strengthen operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
