Job summary

SCG in India is expanding its presence in sustainable construction and integrated sourcing. The Supply Chain Officer will support end-to-end planning, order fulfillment, and cross-functional coordination to ensure product availability and timely delivery in line with customer requirements.

The role focuses on balancing supply and demand, monitoring fulfillment, and driving improvements in visibility and efficiency across SCG's operations in India and international markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in supply chain planning, order management, or related functions; new graduates are welcome.
• Basic understanding of supply chain planning, demand and supply coordination, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems, SAP, or supply chain planning tools is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple business functions.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, with a strong interest in supply chain operations and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support supply and demand planning activities to align product availability with customer requirements and business forecasts.
• Monitor customer orders, fulfillment progress, and delivery commitments to ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Production, and Logistics teams to align supply availability, order priorities, and delivery schedules.
• Track inventory availability, supply requirements, and potential shortages using information from relevant teams and business partners.
• Identify supply chain bottlenecks, fulfillment risks, and operational gaps, and coordinate corrective actions to minimize business disruptions.
• Monitor supply chain performance indicators, including order fulfillment rate, on-time delivery, lead time, and inventory availability.
• Analyze supply chain data and prepare operational reports to support planning, performance monitoring, and business decisions.
• Support process improvement and digitalization initiatives to enhance supply chain visibility, planning accuracy, and operational efficiency.

About the Role
