Lifenity Health Ltd is seeking a proactive Supply Chain professional to plan and manage end-to-end inventory, distribution and procurement for healthcare centres in Mumbai.

You will ensure uninterrupted operations, monitor stock for expiry and batch compliance, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and drive cost-efficiency through MIS analytics and continuous process improvements.

Candidates should have graduate/postgraduate in related field and healthcare supply chain experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Pharmacy or a relevant field.
• Relevant experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, hospital, diagnostics or healthcare supply chain operations.

Responsabilités

• Plan demand and supply requirements based on centre consumption, stock levels and operational needs.
• Coordinate procurement, inventory availability and material movement to ensure uninterrupted centre operations.
• Manage warehouse/stores operations, including receipt, storage, stock issue, transfer and distribution of materials.
• Monitor medicines, reagents, consumables and housekeeping supplies for stock levels, batch/expiry, storage conditions and movement.
• Coordinate GRN, inward/outward documentation, stock reconciliation and physical verification with relevant teams.
• Manage material distribution and logistics to ensure timely delivery to assigned centres and minimise shortages or excess stock.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Vendors, Logistics, Finance and Cluster Managers for supply-related requirements and issues.
• Monitor supply chain costs, wastage, stock ageing and inventory efficiency and identify cost-control opportunities.
• Maintain supply chain MIS covering demand, stock, procurement status, distribution, shortages, expiry and reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with approved storage, handling, documentation and inventory processes and support audits.
• Identify supply risks and develop contingency measures to maintain business continuity.
• Review supply chain performance and implement process improvements based on operational requirements and KPIs.
