Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing precision components.

Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities:

• NPI development: Development of RM / Feeder parts / Consumables with customer referred vendors. Mainly on import vendors.
• Commercial settlement of bill of material items by interacting with customer and also with respective vendors.
• Ensure supply of BOM parts for NPI development at every stage.
• Able to manage ECN implementation without obsolescence and by ensuring on time delivery of parts for NPI.
• Continuous focus on cost reduction projects.
• Able to manage a team of 3+ engineers.
• Should be capable of managing QCD for NPI program.

Qualifications:

• B.E., Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Chemical engineering.
• Additional qualification on imports management would be an added advantage.

Desired Experience Level:

• 10 to 12 years experience in EMS or automotive industry in Supply chain function.
• Rich experience in handling RM / Feeder / Consumables parts development from import vendors.
• Knowledge in import supplier development and management.
