Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production to meet delivery targets.
• Oversee daily manufacturing activities for efficiency and quality.
• Maintain IPC/ISO standards and drive defect reduction.
• Supervise and train operators/technicians; allocate workforce.
• Enforce EHS standards and audit readiness.
• Monitor production costs, scrap, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Track KPIs (OEE, FPY, output) and report to management.

Area of Responsibilities :

• Plan & Schedule Production: Ensure timely execution of production plans to meet delivery targets.
• Manage Operations: Oversee daily manufacturing activities for efficiency and quality.
• Quality Compliance: Maintain IPC/ISO standards and drive defect reduction.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and train operators/technicians; manage workforce allocation.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce EHS standards and audit readiness.
• Cost Control: Monitor production costs, scrap, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Reporting: Track KPIs (OEE, FPY, output) and communicate performance to management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
