Job summary

ELECZO INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations, plan inventory, and coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Warehouse, Accounts and Logistics teams.

The role requires 5–8 years in Supply Chain/Logistics/Inventory/Procurement, strong vendor management, Excel and ERP proficiency, and exposure to Electrical/Electronics/Distribution/E-commerce; full-time on-site.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Supply Chain / Logistics / Inventory / Procurement
• Strong knowledge of inventory planning and demand forecasting
• Excellent vendor & logistics management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Experience in Electrical / Electronics / Distribution / E-commerce will be an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations
• Plan and monitor inventory levels, stock availability & movement
• Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Warehouse, Accounts & Logistics teams
• Manage vendors, suppliers, transporters and logistics partners
• Monitor inbound & outbound shipments and ensure timely deliveries
• Optimize inventory, transportation and operational costs
• Identify slow-moving, excess and non-moving inventory
• Track order fulfillment, delivery performance and supply chain KPIs
• Prepare MIS reports and analyze supply chain performance
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
• Drive efficient warehouse and distribution operations

Key Responsibilities
