Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate with 9–12 years of experience in Supply Chain Management
• Demonstrated experience in leading teams in current or previous roles

Key Skills & Expertise:

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships across internal andexternal stakeholders
• Comprehensive understanding of SLA frameworks and proven ability to manage escalations
• Skilled in conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and driving corrective and preventive actions
• Exposure to Inventory Management, allocation processes, customer dispute resolution, andquery handling is beneficial
• Experience in technology-driven or continuous improvement (CI) transformation initiatives
• Advanced proficiency in SAP and Power BI
• Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights todrive informed decision-making
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Work Environment:

• Must be open to working in rotational shifts (APAC / EMEA / US)
• Required to work on-site on all working days
