Job summary

Eshana Hr Consultants seeks an experienced supply chain leader to drive end-to-end logistics strategy in Mumbai. You will spearhead demand-supply planning (S&OP) and optimize network performance with 3PL partners, transporters, and warehouse vendors to cut costs while meeting SLA commitments.

The role requires a graduate degree in Supply Chain/Engineering, MBA preferred, and 10–18 years of hands-on ERP, WMS, and TMS experience to manage risk and improve operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree (Supply Chain/Operations/Engineering); MBA in Operations/Supply Chain strongly preferred.
• 10–18 years experience in supply chain roles with ERP/WMS/TMS exposure.
• Hands-on experience with ERP, WMS, and TMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive the overall supply chain and logistics strategy.
