Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly P&L and unit-wise P&L.
• Monitor gross margins and identify leakage.
• Conduct variance analysis against budgets and targets.
• Own end-to-end SKU costing and product cost structures.
• Validate BOM, landed, packaging, and conversion costs.
• Review MRP and pricing structures for profitability.
• Analyze impact of new product launches and packaging changes.
• Drive cost reduction and efficiency initiatives across the SCM.

The Supply Chain Finance Manager will be responsible for establishing and driving

Supply Chain Finance, Business Controls, and Analytics across the organization. The role will provide financial oversight across procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, inventory, and supply chain operations while ensuring robust controls, profitability visibility, cost governance, and process compliance.

The position will serve as the key bridge between Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Business Teams, translating operational activities into actionable financial insights and enabling data-driven decision-making.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning & Profitability Management

a) Prepare and analyze:

• Monthly P&L
• Business Unit-wise P&L
• Channel-wise profitability

b) Monitor gross margins and identify margin leakage.

c) Conduct variance analysis against budgets and targets.

d) Provide profitability insights to support business decisions.

2. Costing & Commercial Analytics

a) Own end-to-end SKU costing and product cost structures.

b) Validate:

• BOM costing
• Landed costs
• Packaging costs
• Conversion costs
• Procurement cost revisions

c) Review and validate MRP and pricing structures.

d) Analyze profitability impact of:

• New product launches
• Packaging changes
• Cost increases

e) Support commercial decision-making through financial analysis.

3. Supply Chain Cost Management

a) Monitor and analyze:

• Procurement costs
• Manufacturing costs
• Warehousing costs
• Logistics costs
• Packaging costs

b) Track key cost drivers and identify optimization opportunities.

c) Monitor logistics cost as a percentage of sales.

d) Drive cost reduction and efficiency initiatives.
