Job summary

Accenture India Private Limited seeks a Manager- S&P SAP MM in its Supply Chain Digital Strategy CoE to lead S/4HANA SCM initiatives across EWM, TM, PP, SD, MM. You will drive workshops, design, and roadmaps, while guiding teams and coordinating with clients to deliver high-impact transformations.

Location flexibility includes multiple Indian cities; travel readiness and strong stakeholder management are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Domain knowledge in Supply Chain Management across logistics, warehousing, manufacturing & sales processes.
• Experience with S/4HANA SCM modules: EWM, TM, PP, SD, MM.
• Knowledge of SAP ACTIVATE implementation methodology is desirable.
• Strong team management skills and stakeholder engagement ability.
• Ability to analyze complex business problems and deliver client value.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• Comfort working in a multi-location, cross-cultural environment.
• Ability to travel on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Lead design workshops and requirement gathering for S/4HANA SCM transformations.
• Manage client-facing project delivery in S/4HANA EWM/TM/PP/SD/MM areas.
• Support business assessments and roadmaps, advise on S/4HANA-led Supply Chain transformations.
• Develop POVs and assets to differentiate Accenture capabilities in SAP-led transformations.
• Contribute to knowledge management and capability development within the team.

Project Delivery

• Using deep knowledge of S/4HANA Supply Chain capabilities, leading design workshops with the client and be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, gap analysis in multiple areas of S4 EWM/TM/PP/SD/MM.
• Leading teams in client facing roles in design, development, and implementation of new and improved business processes.
• Support business assessment and roadmaps for clients, Client advisory on S/4HANA led Supply Chain transformation to overcome client’s business challenges.

Networking and Business Development

• Create and manage good independent relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support project and practice leadership in expanding opportunities with existing clients through proactive identification of pain points and innovative solutioning.
• Support practice leadership on solutioning for new business opportunities.
• Support Accenture’s pursuits related to S/4HANA Supply Chain opportunities by assisting Request for Proposals and/or Request for Information.

Developing Thought Leadership and Assets

• Support/develop cutting edge Point of View (POV)/articles on bringing differentiation, Innovation to SAP led transformations.
• Design and build assets that distinguish Accenture capabilities to drive additional business in S4 HANA.

Innovation and Knowledge Management

• Strong contribution to knowledge sharing efforts, reviews, and continuous improvement of the processes.

People Management

• Support internal capability development through robust training mechanism (design curriculum/deliver sessions).
• Encourage Cross Skilling of the team members in S4 HANA led areas.

Required Skills

• Domain knowledge in Supply Chain Management in the areas of Logistics, Warehousing, Manufacturing & Sales processes is desirable.
