Job summary

Accenture India Private Limited is hiring for a Manager in SAP S/4HANA VIM within the Supply Chain and Operations practice. The role emphasizes leading design workshops, client advisory, and end-to-end transformation delivery across EWM, TM, PP, SD, MM, and PM modules.

You will work with global clients to reimagine supply chains, develop roadmaps, and build assets that differentiate Accenture capabilities in S/4HANA-led transformations. Strong leadership and collaboration are required.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of S/4HANA Supply Chain capabilities.
• Experience leading client design workshops and requirement gathering.
• Experience in designing, developing, and implementing new processes.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of S/4HANA supply chain transformation projects via EWM/TM/PP/SD/MM.
• Lead client-facing design workshops and supervise teams through design, development and implementation.
• Advise on roadmaps and advisory services for S/4HANA led transformations.
• Develop thought leadership assets and knowledge sharing within the practice.
• Mentor and develop internal capability through training and upskilling.

Project Delivery:

• Using deep knowledge of S/4HANA Supply Chain capabilities, leading design workshops with the client and be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, gap analysis in multiple areas of S4 EWM/TM/PP/SD/MM.
• Leading teams in client facing roles in design, development, and implementation of new and improved business processes.
• Support business assessment and roadmaps for clients, Client advisory on S/4HANA led Supply Chain transformation to overcome client’s business challenges.

Networking and Business Development

• Create and manage good independent relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Support project and practice leadership in expanding opportunities with existing clients through proactive identification of pain points and innovative solutioning
• Support practice leadership on solutioning for new business opportunities
• Support Accenture’s pursuits related to S/4HANA Supply Chain opportunities by assisting Request for Proposals and/or Request for Information.

Developing Thought Leadership and Assets

• Support/develop cutting edge Point of View (POV)/articles on bringing differentiation, Innovation to SAP led transformations.
• Design and build assets that distinguish Accenture capabilities to drive additional business in S4 HANA

Innovation and Knowledge Management

• Strong contribution to knowledge sharing efforts, reviews, and continuous improvement of the processes.

People Management

• Support internal capability development through robust training mechanism (design curriculum/deliver sessions).
• Encourage Cross Skilling of the team members in S4 HANA led areas.
