Job summary

Accenture Strategy and Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain expert to join the Digital Core Centre of Excellence in India. You will lead design workshops, gather requirements, and perform gap analyses across EWM/TM/PP/SD/MM for global clients.

You will guide cross-functional teams, contribute to thought leadership, and develop assets while building relationships across industries. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Domain knowledge in Supply Chain Management (Logistics, Warehousing, Manufacturing & Sales processes).
• Experience with S4HANA functionalities: EWM, TM, PP, SD, MM.
• Knowledge of SAP ACTIVATE implementation methodology.

Responsibilities

• Lead design workshops and client meetings to gather requirements and perform gap analyses across S/4HANA modules (EWM/TM/PP/SD/MM).
• Head client-facing teams for design, development, and implementation of improved business processes.
• Advise on S/4HANA–led Supply Chain transformations and roadmaps.
• Develop POVs and assets to showcase differentiation and innovation in SAP-led transformations.
• Support practice leadership on solutioning for new opportunities and assist RFP/RFI responses.
• Foster knowledge management and cross-skilling within the team.

• Project Delivery:
• Using deep knowledge of S/4HANA Supply Chain capabilities, leading design workshops with the client and be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, gap analysis in multiple areas of S4 EWM/TM/PP/SD/MM.
• Leading teams in client facing roles in design, development, and implementation of new and improved business processes.
• Support business assessment and roadmaps for clients, Client advisory on S/4HANA led Supply Chain transformation to overcome client’s business challenges.

• Support practice leadership on solutioning for new business opportunities
• Support Accenture’s pursuits related to S/4HANA Supply Chain opportunities by assisting Request for Proposals and/or Request for Information.
• Developing Thought Leadership and Assets
• Support/develop cutting edge Point of View (POV)/articles on bringing differentiation, Innovation to SAP led transformations.
• Design and build assets that distinguish Accenture capabilities to drive additional business in S4 HANA
