Job summary

Accenture Strategy and Consulting invites you to join its Supply Chain and Operations practice within the Digital Core CoE. As a specialist, you will engage with global clients to reimagine and transform supply chains using S/4HANA led capabilities, driving design workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design across multiple modules.

You will lead client-facing teams, craft roadmaps, and contribute to thought leadership in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Domain knowledge in SCM including logistics, warehousing, manufacturing and sales processes.
• Experience with S4HANA functionalities: EWM, TM, PP, SD, MM.
• Knowledge of SAP ACTIVATE implementation methodology is desirable.
• Impeccable team management skills with ability to engage multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to solve complex business problems and deliver client delight.
• Strong analytical and writing skills to build viewpoints on industry trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Lead design workshops and gather requirements for S4HANA Supply Chain capabilities.
• Direct design, development and implementation of business processes in client projects.
• Support roadmaps and advisory on S4HANA led supply chain transformations.
• Develop assets, POVs, and thought leadership to differentiate Accenture capabilities.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to expand opportunities and improve delivery.

• Project Delivery:
• Using deep knowledge of S/4HANA Supply Chain capabilities, leading design workshops with the client and be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, gap analysis in multiple areas of S4 EWM/TM/PP/SD/MM.
• Leading teams in client facing roles in design, development, and implementation of new and improved business processes.
• Support business assessment and roadmaps for clients, Client advisory on S/4HANA led Supply Chain transformation to overcome client’s business challenges.
• Networking and Business Development
• Create and manage good independent relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Support project and practice leadership in expanding opportunities with existing clients through proactive identification of pain points and innovative solutioning
• Support practice leadership on solutioning for new business opportunities
• Support Accenture’s pursuits related to S/4HANA Supply Chain opportunities by assisting Request for Proposals and/or Request for Information.
• Developing Thought Leadership and Assets
• Support/develop cutting edge Point of View (POV)/articles on bringing differentiation, Innovation to SAP led transformations.
