Unisys India Private Limited is seeking an Analyst - Supply and Demand Planning to develop and implement near- and longer-term supply, demand and delivery plans for equipment, materials and components. • Expedites purchase orders with fulfilment and suppliers for timely delivery.
• Maintains records and prepares monthly progress reports.
• Resolves delivery, invoicing and discrepancies.
• Ensures documentation follows internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Supports goals for expense management, service levels and inventory optimization.

Analyst - Supply and Demand Planning

Job Profile Summary

Develops and ensures implementation of near- and longer-term supply, demand and delivery plans for required equipment, materials and components. Works with operational, sales, marketing, finance and other stakeholders to understand anticipated demand and product-specific forecasting drivers. Ensures developed plans align with revenue forecasts, drive efficiencies and balance appropriately between fulfilment and replenishment needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides Supply & Demand Planning for a location, department or designated product line or business area.
• Works with assigned business, product and other stakeholders to understand demand requirements, forecasting drivers, revenue metrics and other key factors underpinning supply, demand and distribution planning.
• Follows established procedures to develop, update and maintain supply, demand and distribution plans.
• Works with fulfilment and suppliers in expediating purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of the correct products and to manage processes from an efficiency standpoint.
• Maintains records of delivery, distribution, utilisation and other activities, preparing monthly and other periodic progress reports.
• Researches and resolves delivery, invoicing and other discrepancies.
• Confirms documentation follows internal standards and business controls, meets management expectations and conforms to regulatory requirements.
• Supports departmental goals for expense management, high service levels and excess inventory reduction.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• BA/BS degree and 2-4 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
