Job summary

Flowserve Corporation in Bengaluru is seeking a Supplier Quality Administrative Coordinator to support the Supplier Quality team with database administration, reporting and coordination across sites. The role focuses on maintaining data integrity and enabling timely quality decisions.

The ideal candidate has a Mechanical Engineering degree and 3-4 years of relevant experience, with strong MS Office skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 3-4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage Supplier Quality databases and related applications
• Prepare periodic reports, analysis, and statistics on supplier quality performance
• Provide administrative support to the Supplier Quality GOE team and broader Supplier Quality organization
• Maintain and monitor supplier quality data, including KPIs such as ppm and COPQ
• Support the administration of Supplier Audit Plans and Audit Reports
• Assist with quality documentation follow-up, including CAPA paperwork, FPAP, RCCA, and communication with suppliers and sites
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across multiple countries and regions

Supplier Quality Administrative Coordinator
