Woodward is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to ensure supplier quality across global supply chains. The role requires deep knowledge of PCBA, wire harnesses, solenoids, transducers, sensors and electro-mechanical assemblies, plus hands-on experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, and SPC.
You will evaluate supplier performance, drive corrective actions, and collaborate with procurement and engineering to improve quality processes.

Strong commodity knowledge in: PCBA, Wire Harnesses and Cable Assemblies, Solenoids, Transducers, Sensors, Electro-Mechanical Components and Assemblies(Motor, Transformers & coils)
Hands-on experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, and SPC. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, ICT, FCT, conformal coating, inspection methods, and supplier quality systems.
Experience interpreting engineering drawings, GD&T, specifications, and quality standards. Familiarity with IPC standards for electronic assemblies and PCB manufacturing.
IPC Certification (IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620, IPC J-STD-001) & Gerber files will be an added advantage.
Working knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949, or equivalent quality management systems.
Experience & Education Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics). 7-8 years of experience in Supplier Quality Engineering, Supplier Development, or Quality Assurance within manufacturing industries. Proven experience managing suppliers and driving measurable quality improvements across global supply chains.
