  • Supplier Management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the quality, reliability, and timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with others across functions to ensure seamless supply chain integration and alignment.
  • Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Analyze supply chain performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement initiatives to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team to achieve high performance, foster professional growth, and meet organizational goals.
