Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Quality Function with 3+ years in supplier quality.
• Experience in automotive or energy sectors preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949 and supplier quality processes.
• Demonstrated experience in supplier audits, root cause analysis, and CAPA.
• Familiarity with PPAP, 7 QC Tools, 6-Sigma (Green Belt preferred).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

• Conduct in-depth root cause analysis on supplier materials to resolve quality issues.
• Develop, implement, and monitor supplier quality improvement plans with suppliers.
