Job summary

CNH Industrial in India is seeking a Documentation Specialist to collect supplier documentation for trade and customs across CNH globally.

You will manage test reports, conformity statements, Certificates of Origin, and related records with advanced Excel skills, and collaborate with Supply Chain teams.

Candidates with 1 year of Customs/Export or order management experience are encouraged to apply; the role offers an opportunity to grow within a global, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Customs/Export, supplier management or order management.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Degree in industrial or logistics management or Industrial Engineering or a similar degree.

Responsibilities

• Collection of documentation and verifications needed for active conformity programs.
• Test reports from suppliers.
• Conformity statements from suppliers.
• Follow up of test reports from external labs.
• Mill certificates.
• Type approval certificates.
• Hazmat documentation.
• Follow up of certificates of origin requirements (where needed) for free trade agreements (FocusN.America and EU).
• All other duties as assigned by the SC Manager.

Job Purpose
