Job summary

CNH is seeking a seasoned Plant Engineering professional to join our team. You will oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance across assembly, paint, and fabrication shops, manage spare parts, and drive root-cause analysis to improve uptime.

With a decade of experience in Plant Engineering, facilities management, and project execution, you will lead safety-compliant maintenance programs and support Diwali shutdown planning, electrical system upkeep, and daily plant operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven experience in Plant Engineering, Facility Management, and Project Execution.
• B.E. / B. Tech in Electrical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Equipment Maintenance: Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines across the Assembly, Paint, and Fabrication shops.
• Daily Support: Handle day-to-day breakdown maintenance of all plant machinery and equipment.
• Spare Parts Management: Lead spare parts planning and raise new requests in the LN system. Develop spare parts locally with regional vendors.
• Issue Resolution: Attend daily meetings and resolve internal customer issues promptly.
• Root Cause Analysis: Perform EWO analysis, root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions for all breakdowns.
• Shutdown Planning: Plan and execute annual Diwali Shutdown maintenance work across the plant.
• Electrical Upkeep: Perform complete preventive maintenance of the electrical system, including High Tension (HT) and Low Tension (LT) breakers and transformers.

Job Purpose

Team building, motivated, and skilled Plant Engineering associate to join our team, to ensure the plant engineering & plant maintenance activities KPI are achieved in the most economic and safe manner.
