Commando Security is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to oversee site visits, manpower deployment, attendance, and daily reporting at client locations. The role requires overseeing site and office supervisors to ensure smooth operations and timely reporting.

You will coordinate with Operations and HR, ensure discipline and adherence to company policies, and maintain strong client communication to address operational concerns.

• Performance Monitoring: ensure supervisors perform duties effectively and address issues.
• Manpower Deployment: ensure adequate manpower and coordinate replacements.
• Reporting & Coordination: submit daily field reports and coordinate with Operations and HR.
• Client Coordination: visit client locations and communicate with client representatives.
• Compliance & Discipline: adhere to policies, client instructions and standards.

• Reporting & Coordination: Submit daily field reports and coordinate with the Operations and HR teams regarding attendance, manpower shortages, and site-related issues.
• Client Coordination: Visit client locations, address operational concerns, and maintain effective communication with client representatives.
• Compliance & Discipline: Ensure adherence to company policies, client instructions, and operational standards.
