Job summary

Donaldson seeks a seasoned Stores Supervisor to manage material receipt, storage, and issue for production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will ensure inventory accuracy, ERP data integrity, and on-time production support while leading a 30+ member team.

Ideal candidates bring 6–8 years in automotive/manufacturing stores, strong MS Excel skills, and hands-on experience with SAP/Oracle and WMS. You will drive continuous improvement and enforce 5S and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/Store Mgmt preferred.
• Experience: 6–8 years in automotive/manufacturing store.
• Strong Excel, SAP/Oracle, and WMS knowledge.
• FIFO/FEFO management and strict inventory control.
• Ability to lead a team and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, store, and issue materials to support production.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ERP transactions (≥99%).
• Lead stores team of 30+ and ensure SOP adherence.
• Ensure 5S, FIFO/FEFO, and safety compliance in warehouse.
• Coordinate with other departments for timely production support.

Education Qualification
