Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, revise, and release purchase orders based on supplier capabilities and organizational requirements.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, spend reports, and procurement KPI metrics.
• Monitor inventory levels and purchasing patterns to support demand planning.
• Conduct variance analysis between forecasted and actual spending.
• Support supplier negotiations with analytical insights and cost models.
• Assist in supplier risk assessments.
• Assist in preparing presentations and business cases for leadership review.
• Provide ongoing support for procurement and delivery demands, ensuring timely execution.
• Continuous review meetings with top/bottom vendors and proactive collaboration for problem solving.
• Monitor critical parts to ensure zero line stoppages and uninterrupted production.
• Strong focus on cost savings and kaizens.
• Minimizes risk regarding quality and financial exposure by buying in accordance with quality and commercial procedures.
• Adhere to the purchasing policy, process, guidelines, any associated documents and take ownership for timely receiving supplies.
• Conduct supplier performance reviews and recommend improvement actions.
• Standardize and enhance procurement reporting and analytics processes.
• Support implementation and optimization of ERP/procurement tools.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams (finance, logistics, production, operations, etc.).
• Track and follow up with vendor for timely delivery of material.
• Good knowledge of material and inventory planning.
• Good excel knowledge.
• Mentor junior analysts or purchasing executives as required.

Education Qualification

• Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain/ Purchase.

Technical Competence & Skills

• Oracle Experience.
