Job summary

McDonald’s India in Hyderabad is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to support accurate and timely payroll processing for a large employee population.

The role requires strong payroll knowledge, analytical capabilities and the ability to resolve issues while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. You will work with Oracle HCM and SuccessFactors, performing system audits and year-end close activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or relevant field.
• 2-4 years of experience in payroll or HR/payroll systems.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities.

Department Overview

McDonald’s has an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Specialist, Process Support to support the accurate and timely processing of payroll for a large and diverse employee population. The ideal candidate will possess strong payroll knowledge, analytical capabilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional employee service.

The Payroll Specialist serves as a key operational resource within the payroll team, responsible for processing payroll transactions, resolving payroll issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and partnering with other McDonald’s teams to maintain payroll accuracy and efficiency.

• Audits to ensure systems remain in sync (Success Factors and Oracle HCM)
• Execute year-end earnings close and special payment cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or relevant field.
• 2-4 years of experience (relevant) required
• Strong problem solving and advanced analytical skills; Ability to manage conflicting priorities while meeting deadlines; Strong understanding of technology, applications and integration; Ability to work with others and independently.
• Experience with Finance, Accounting, IT
