Maersk is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor (Team Leader) in Sonipat to drive daily warehouse operations, manage inventory accuracy, and oversee inbound, storage, and outbound processes in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of WMS and MS Office, and a proactive approach to safety and process improvements within Maersk's logistics network.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years of relevant warehouse operations experience.
• Strong understanding of Inbound, Storage/Inventory, Outbound and Returns processes.
• Mandatory: Experience in e-commerce warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office tools.

• Coach, train, and develop team members to enhance performance and engagement.
• Analyse operational data and prepare reports on inventory, productivity, and efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
