Job summary

DHL Supply Chain India is seeking a Warehouse Operations lead to manage inbound/outbound logistics, ensuring service levels and adherence to SOPs. The role emphasizes shift planning, stock receipt, and performance monitoring within a safety-conscious environment.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree, 2+ years warehousing experience, and experience in SPL environments, with strong communication and leadership skills to drive a high-performance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree level is required.
• Minimum 2 years of warehousing experience.
• Minimum 1 year in a SPL (Service Provider Logistics) environment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a cross-functional/matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Organize appropriate shifts and manning levels to meet business requirements.
• Ensure efficient recovery, inspection, and receipt of inbound stock.
• Monitor sorting and loading of inbound shipments.
• Oversee ground handler and warehouse provider performance.
• Ensure adherence to customer SOPs and achievement of KPIs.
• Promote safe working practices and participate in quality assurance initiatives.
• Develop a high-performance service culture within the team.
• Monitor individual performance and resource allocation.
• Maintain good working relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Job Scope:
