Job summary

The Citco Group Limited in Hyderabad invites applications for a senior role overseeing a team of analysts within Loan Administration. You will ensure SLAs are met, escalate issues timely, and collaborate on risk KPIs while coordinating with providers and clients to resolve issues efficiently.

Candidates should have 4+ years in financial services, strong product knowledge across Hedge Funds, Mutual Funds, and fixed income/derivatives, and experience mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Financial Services with experience in leading people.
• Knowledge of Domestic, Global and OTC security markets.
• Fixed Income and derivative product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support a team of analysts to meet SLAs effectively and efficiently.
• Escalate client or staffing issues to the Manager in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Manager on KRIs/KPIs and mitigations for risk and resources.
• Liaise with service providers, vendors, agents, counterparties and clients to ensure timely resolution of issues and exceptions.
• Review materiality of portfolio risk with respect to unsupported cash and position differences as part of sign-off.
• Contribute to projects related to Loan Administration and processing.
• Engage in migration of tasks from other locations into the team and support client transitions.
• Conduct staff development conversations and contribute to hiring processes.

About the Team & Business Line:

Your Role:

• Oversee and support a team of analysts, to ensure Service Level Agreements are met in an effective and efficient fashion.
• Escalate client or staffing issues to your Manager in a timely manner.
• Work with your Manager on KRIs and KPIs and collaborate on mitigating plans around risk and resource constraints.
• Liaise with service providers, vendors, agents, counterparties and clients to ensure the timely resolution of issues and exceptions.
• Review and assess the materiality of portfolio risk with respect to unsupported cash and position differences, as part of the sign off process.
• Contribute towards projects and initiatives that aim to drive the business forward, as it relates to Loan Administration and processing.
• Engage in the migration of tasks from other locations into your team, to ensure of a seamless transition, along with the conversion or launches of any new clients, as it relates to Loan holdings.
• Actively engage in staff development conversations with the analyst team on a regular basis, to ensure members of the team understand their goals and continuously working towards them.
• Contribute to the hiring process and seek the right candidates for the team.

About You:

• 4+ years in Financial Services with experience in leading people
• Product knowledge, Domestic, Global and OTC security markets, Fixed Income and derivative product knowledge.
• Experience mentoring and coaching staff.
• Knowledge of Hedge or Mutual Funds.
• Professional accounting designation is an asset.
