Job summary

Citco invites applications for a senior fund administration role handling a hedge fund client portfolio with NAV calculations, financial statements, and payments processing. You will coordinate year-end activities with audits and regulatory filings while ensuring accurate performance reporting and KPI tracking.

The role requires 8–10 years in financial services, leadership experience, and strong MS Office skills, with a focus on detail and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance or related field; professional qualification underway is a plus.
• 8–10 years of Financial Services experience in a high-volume environment or hedge funds.
• Experience in managing/leading employees for 5–7 years.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Administer a portfolio of hedge fund clients under administration agreements.
• Review and sign-off NAV calculations, financial statements, and related reports.
• Review/authorize payments and other transactions.
• Escalate material issues affecting NAV production to Senior VP with detail and timeliness.
• Coordinate Year-end process with audit timelines, financial statements, and regulatory filings.
• Value hedge fund portfolio holdings and analyze fund performance for KPIs/KRIs.
• Oversee COE pipeline activities including onboarding of new clients and migrations.
• Identify training needs and coordinate engagement with stakeholders for staffing.

About The Team & Business Line

Responsibilities

Your Role:

• Performing the administration of and any services pursuant to administration agreements in respect of a portfolio of hedge fund clients
• Review and sign-off of Net Asset Value calculations, financial statements and associated reports
• Reviewing/Authorizing payments and other transactions
• Address and/or escape all material issues affecting the NAV production process or client relationship in general to Senior Vice President in a detailed and timely manner
• Primary point of contact and escalation for the Year end process with respect to audit timelines, Financial Statement Preparation, Regulatory filings, Tax services, etc.
• Valuation of hedge fund portfolio holdings
• Analysis of fund performance and prepare performance/PandL related reports
• Primary point of contact and escalation for KPIs and KRIs on the client deliverables of the team
• Coordination and oversight for all facets of COE pipeline – includes New Business, migrations, organic changes including liquidations and resignations; monitor and escalation ingestion and progress of new clients, fund launches and on boarding of existing clients
• Identify Employee/Training needs to efficiently manage pipeline; monitor requirements against actual while proactively engaging stakeholders to facilitate hiring and training requirements
• Work closely with COE and LO stakeholders to maximize client profitability; monitor and report on COE and LO resource management at client, individual and location level for Senior Management action
• Review and action on Operational MIS Reporting – reporting on Fund Operational Metrics, adherence to risk and best practice guidelines, turnover, productivity/efficiencies to name a few
• Acting as the senior representative, co-ordinate strategic and operational initiatives between COE FA Management/SDG/Global project teams and the Local Project Coordinators (LPCs) within each locations to achieve successful execution
• Develop and maintain strong relationships across CFS to effectively facilitate CFS COE FA strategies and goals

Qualifications

About You:

• Degree qualified in Accounting or Finance related area and/or studying for a professional accounting qualification
• 8-10 years of experience in Financial Services with high volume operational environment and/ or hedge fund industry
• Managing and/or leading employees for 5-7 years
• Excellent analytical, problem solving skills with high degree of attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
