Job summary

Katra Phytochem India is seeking a skilled manufacturing operations professional to manage daily, weekly and monthly production schedules to achieve output goals. The role includes training workers on equipment use, safety, and hygiene, and coordinating with warehouse and procurement teams for material availability and inventory control.

You will also lead new staff training, monitor performance, and manage attendance or shift coverage, while coordinating with maintenance during equipment

• Execute daily, weekly and Monthly manufacturing schedules to meet output goals.
• Train workers on proper equipment operations, safety protocols, and hygiene standards.
• Communicate with warehouse and procurement teams regarding raw material availability and inventory tracking.
• Train new staff, coach workers, monitor performance, and manage attendance or shift coverage
• Check machines before shifts and coordinate with maintenance teams during breakdowns or repairs
• Overseeing daily operations workflows and maintaining efficiency across day-to-day business activities.
• Manages shift operations, monitors critical process parameters, executes BMRs, coordinates with QC, QA and warehouses, and handles Batch clearance
