Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Instrument Engineering is required.
• 04–07 years of experience in chemical process industries such as Agrochemicals, Pharmaceuticals, fines/specialty chemicals.
• Experience with PLC/DCS installation and logic building; Yokogawa DCS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and preventive maintenance of instrumentation and packing line equipment.
• Carry out calibrations and interlocks verifications per schedule and ensure HSE compliance.
• Manage plant instrumentation systems and adhere to ISO standards; maintain records and reports.

Position Title: Supervisor Instrumentation

Level: Junior Staff

Reporting To: Site Engineering Head

Position Purpose

The Position is overall responsible to support Instrumentation system installations and maintenance.

Strategic Responsibilities

• Maintenance
• Preventive maintenance & changeover of packing line equipment’s.
• Preventive and breakdown maintenance of formulation, packing line & Utility.
• Calibrations and interlock verifications as per schedule.
• HSE compliances as per designs.

Operational Responsibilities

• Maintenance

• Good Technical knowledge of own as well as related fields
