L&T Construction & Mining Machinery in Kochi, Kerala is seeking a Supervisor-CEB Service Operations. You will oversee on-site service, commissioning, warranty support, and troubleshooting for construction equipment.

The role requires a Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Automobile with 4–5 years’ earthmoving experience, strong English/local language communication, and willingness to travel to customer sites. Proficiency in MS Office and regular travel are expected.

• 4–5 years’ experience in earthmoving industry (not automobile).
• Good written and spoken English and local language.
• Willing to travel extensively and work on machines.
• Proficient with MS Office.

Mansioni

• Commissioning, service and troubleshooting at customer sites for construction machines.
• Maintain machine records and target MTTR while building customer relationships.
• Collaborate with dealer engineers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify spare-parts sales and workshop repair opportunities.
• Monitor competition activities and report to supervisors.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Commissioning, mandatory and warranty service and troubleshooting of problems at customer job sites to all construction machines that we deal with.
• Maintain machine records and achieve the target MTTR , while developing good customer relationship.
• Work along with and support dealer engineers in achieving customer satisfaction.
• Explore spare parts sales and workshop repair opportunity and meet set targets.,
• Keep track of competition activities and update superiors.

What Skills & Experience You’ll Bring To Us

• Diploma in Mechanical, electrical, automobile with 4-5 years’ experience in similar earthmoving industry (not automobile)
• Possess good written and oral communication skills in English and local language.
• Ready to travel extensively and work on machines.
• Working knowledge on computers (MS Office)
