Job summary

Ideal is a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 4-5 years in earthmoving, strong English/local language skills, and willingness to travel and work on machines. MS Office proficiency is preferred.

• 4-5 years’ experience in earthmoving industry (not automobile).
• Good written and oral communication in English and local language.
• Willing to travel extensively and work on machines.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Commissioning, mandatory and warranty service and troubleshooting at customer sites.
• Maintain machine records and achieve the target MTTR, while developing good customer relationships.
• Work with dealer engineers to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Explore spare parts sales and workshop repair opportunities and meet targets.
• Keep track of competitor activities and update superiors.
